Action Trainer
When things are going well, anyone can lead. Things get exciting when there’s a headwind. I recently completed my certification as a training actor at good comes easy GmbH. Together with colleagues, I offer action trainings in which we teach practical tools for leadership in uncomfortable situations that can be applied immediately – without making you the uncomfortable center of attention, and making sure that you still sound like yourself at every step.
Project management training for beginners
In 2018, I successfully completed my trainer courses at the renowned Bridgehouse Institute. I now run a two-day project management training to introduce project management newcomers to the topic, with a lot of variety and practical exercises.
